Increasing the amount of memory allocated to the GPU on the Pi to ~0.5 gb Killing Floor 2 is the game I've been using to test my performanceĮnabling hardware decoding on the client side in the steam link settingsĮnabling all forms of hardware encoding on the host side in the steam link settings TV is a 4k hisense 65" with "game mode" enabled Pi is connected directly to the host with a cat 6 ethernet cable and the host is connected to the internet via wifi, but the Pi is not connected to wifi in anyway Host rig specs are GTX 1080, Ryzen 1800x, 32 gb ram, native 2k resolution, gigabit ethernet controller The controller is a wired Xbox 360 controller connected to the Pi via USB Just got the steam link app working on my Raspberry Pi 4 and I am having a lot of input lag when trying to play games and I have no idea where it's coming from, and neither do my friends who all have successful steam link setups (all with different ways of doing it though).
